I'm half way to my goal!!! And to answer your question Mary, I just got my new HCG today! So I'll keep going. Each bottle is for about 28 days. I might take a short P3 break if things start slowing down again. My short break did me really well. I felt like I was stuck just before and it also helped mentally. Ever since my break the losses have been great again!
The planning my meals ahead of time thing and posting it online really helps me because I'm scared to disappoint you guys haha. So I dont want to feel weak and post that I didnt make my goal. Today I just ate what I planned yesterday. I had a lillte jolly rancher lolipop though but thats ok because I eat gum all the time and I just read on Yahoo its a good way to bust sugar cravings.

You get the idea. I'm sure my weight must have fluctuated but after having strict P3 days I was back down to the LIW or close. I also think since I eat alot of Carbs during P2 my body isnt to sensitive about them. And of course I'm also young haha Mary!

Congrats on being half way to goal! Breaks always are good, they help you refocus on the important things. Thanks for sharing that information!
You bad bad girl throwing that age thing around!! Not really, I'm very excited to see you doing so well and you're going another 28 days, sheesh!! Good for you as long as you feel great!! Congrats on meeting your half way goal!!
