Things are going well now that I'm back on track. Mary you're right!! I need to remember food is always gonna be around, I dont need to store it in my body haha! I drank liquor last night and had a loss just like the day before! Liquid doesnt seem to affect my loss, atleast not yet. I had 8 Sea Breezes last night!! I think its vodka and 2 types of juices. One of them was pineapple juice and thats really high in sugar!! But I still had a loss. When I come home I always drink atleast half a liter of water. It makes me think I flush it out!

Yes many of us have discovered the alcohol protocol!!! I don't do it very often but I do enjoy my Michelob Ultra with dinner once in a while.

Glad to see you're doing much better and are back on track. I may have to try you food menu soon as opposed to Dr. S. meal plan. You'll be kissing these 160's goodbye in no time!!!

Hey... You're pretty close to the 150s now! WOO HOO for you!

I had some sangria with dinner the other night and I also had a loss the next day. Alcohol seems to help things along a bit sometimes. It doesn't seem to be so bad on occasion. Now I am on P3, but it has worked for others on P2.

Good job on getting back on track. Come on 150s!
