Hey guys!!
I'm so sorry I have been absent for so long! Been really busy, I had visitors coming to visit me at school, and papers due and midterms and this is my last week of class ahh!! And soon I have finals blahh. Anyways I'm currently P3 LIW at 148 and maintaining that!! I need order some HCG online like u guys do and then I guys mix it myself?? Still need to figure that out. I'm half way to my goal!!! And to answer your question Mary, I just got my new HCG today! So I'll keep going. Each bottle is for about 28 days. I might take a short P3 break if things start slowing down again. My short break did me really well. I felt like I was stuck just before and it also helped mentally. Ever since my break the losses have been great again!
The planning my meals ahead of time thing and posting it online really helps me because I'm scared to disappoint you guys haha. So I dont want to feel weak and post that I didnt make my goal. Today I just ate what I planned yesterday. I had a lillte jolly rancher lolipop though but thats ok because I eat gum all the time and I just read on Yahoo its a good way to bust sugar cravings.

So I really did keep my promise of only eating the grilled chicken with one veggie serving after my post yesterday.
So I have a new psycho story of myself. This morning I woke up and I was really hungry so I went into the microwave room of my dorm to weigh myself like every morning cause it has a hard floor (my room is carpeted). And there I see this box saying FREE. I walk over and there is a bunch of Easter Candy and a note that says "happy easter ladies, take some if you want". Someone must have had enough of their Easter candy. Then I go to weigh myself. And I was dissappointed about the -0.6 loss eventhough thats good. I have to high expectations, I hate it. Anyways because of that little loss and my big hunger I march over to the box and take this huge chocolate bunny out of there. There were all these little individual choclates there but I go for the big one. It even said its weight on there, I forget what it was. I walk into my room and take a bite out of it. Then I realized how stupid it is while I was chewing the chocolate, so I spit it out threw the bunny away and had a normal breakfast. I dont know why I wanted to eat 2000 calories of chocolate for breakfast but I'm glad I stopped and I didnt eat a single calorie of it. How sick am I?? I'm glad I stopped myself though.
I planned out my meals for the next 2 days and I really want to stick to it. I'll be checking in to hopefully varify that it wasnt more.

I was sooo suprised when I saw the 1.6 loss this morning!! I even went over my 500 food cal limit and then I went out and had a good amount to drink. And I was too tired to drink a lot of water after I got home like I usually do after I drink. I wasnt even gonna weigh myself cause I didnt want to be disapointed but I'm glad I did!!!
I also went to go donate plasma yesterday. They weigh you everytime. Last time I went was in November and the lady was like, you lost a good amount of weight since you've been here last time. I dont know why this made me happy but I guess hearing that I lost weight from someone other than my scale validates it even more. It's also motivation to not gain it back because I dont want to go there and someone be like gee you gained a lot of weight since last time.
So things are going well and I'm really happy with this protocol.

Yesterday, I went grocery shopping and I bought a lot of low cal stuff that I could eat. My day went so good and then at 12 at night my friend wanted to go to Sonic. I was like ok, and I wanted to look up the calories I still had like 90 left for the day, but my friend was like no dont do that it will taste worse. So I had Butter Finger Blast. Went home looked up the calories and they were 670!!! Ughh So many other things were only 300 or 200 and that wouldnt have been that much over. I should have not listened to my friend and looked up the cals before. I learned my lesson. But I'm kinda proud of myself because usually when I cheat I bing real bad and eat even if I'm stuffed and a lot of times thats the end of the diet. So I'm glad I cheated in moderation. Maybe I can kick my compulsive overeating all together!
