Total loss: -11.8 pounds

Yesterday, I went grocery shopping and I bought a lot of low cal stuff that I could eat. My day went so good and then at 12 at night my friend wanted to go to Sonic. I was like ok, and I wanted to look up the calories I still had like 90 left for the day, but my friend was like no dont do that it will taste worse. So I had Butter Finger Blast. Went home looked up the calories and they were 670!!! Ughh So many other things were only 300 or 200 and that wouldnt have been that much over. I should have not listened to my friend and looked up the cals before. I learned my lesson. But I'm kinda proud of myself because usually when I cheat I bing real bad and eat even if I'm stuffed and a lot of times thats the end of the diet. So I'm glad I cheated in moderation. Maybe I can kick my compulsive overeating all together!

Here is what I ate yesterday:
Oatmeal.......................................................100 cal
Fat Free Starbucks Caramel Machiato...140 cal
Whole Weat Pita Bread..............................140 cal
with 1 Tbls Hummus................................25 cal
Butter Finger Blast...................................670 cal
TOTAL 1075

I'm gonna kick you too!! Not really, that's sad that your friend would sabatoge you like that. I just hope you did learn something from this, what did we discuss the other day about fast food still being around when your done with the protocol????

Hang in there and recover, take care girl.

P.S. Can you give us your first name or your initials, I just feel weird addressing you as trysomethingnew. It's completely up to you so if you don't want to, I completely understand.
